The Plot Auditions are still up and running, and everyone on this site should take part in them.
Probably the most important part of our plot is the Gypsies, and their positions are yet to be fully taken! Please, this problem needs to be taken care of, and we can redeem it by filling in those positions.

Sickness had recently spread through RiverClan from excessive Twoleg poisoning of the river. This leads RiverClan to fight more furiously then ever for Sunning Rocks. When a fight over this outbreaks at a Gathering and a cat is killed in the process, things start happening...
An epidemic spreads through ShadowClan from Carrion Place. Two WindClan cats fall over the gorge. A litter of kits is swept away by the river in RiverClan. A branch from a tree in ThunderClan kills an apprentice. Then one night, the warriors of StarClan fall in a shower.
The only hope seems to come from a band of gypsy cats, eight in total, that enter the forest. Two go to each Clan and tell the leaders what would be right to prevent StarClan's anger. They change the allegiences of the Clans, so RiverClan is siding with WindClan, and ShadowClan with ThunderClan. The only cats who have a problem with the gypsies are the Medicine Cats, who are being ignored for the first time ever.
Finally, after a gypsy cat's healing remedies were chosen over the ShadowClan Medicine Cat's, a meeting is called between the four of them to see what there can be done.
At a half moon, StarClan sends a message to the Medicine Cats to meet in Twoleg Place.
There, they meet a strange cat named Ember, whose peculiar ways seem to be the only hope for the Clans...

While the Forest Clans are worrying about each other, Twoleg Place is stirring. The Leader of the Rogues is killing kits. Only a few cats are trying to do anything by saving kits and bringing them to the Clans. But with the growing tension the gypsies bring, that becomes harder and harder.

Flametail nuzzled back, glad that the pressure on him was starting to release its grasp. As he noticed the different tone in Sunfire's voice, he frowned, "I know, it's hard to think about these things." Flametail then looked over to Polar, then back to Sunfire, "OK, should we tell her our decision then?"

"Just Grace, but she can defend herself pretty well." His spirits sank slightly as Stormstar invited them to stay at the camp. For the kits sake, it was a tempting offer. But Minerva would never agree to it and the kits still need a mother. Polar was old enough to make that choice of whether or not to stay in WindClan, but not these kits. Also, Minerva had said something about sending the kits to different Clans. Something about different Clans 'being harder to trace.' He looked up at Stormstar, his eyes full of apology, and meowed, "I'm sorry, but we can't stay." Before taking Petal by the scruff, he said, "We should get Flametail and Sunfire to carry the rest of them."

Stormstar nodded. she didn't know his reasoning, but it was his choice. she looked back in the direction that the warriors had gone, and wondered why Polar hadn't returned. she sighed. "I'll go find them."
Sunfire nodded. turning around to go back to the kit, her pelt brushed his.
Polar watched cautiously as the two approached, but she denied herself the right to assume anything.

Flametail purred slightly as he was brushed up against. Even though the kit was probably watching, they already knew about him and Sunfire, so he gave Sunfire a nuzzle before stopping a foxlength away from the kit, "OK, we won't tell Stormheart that we spotted you as long as you don't tell her about Sunfire and I." He then looked over to Sunfire, "And maybe we should do what we said we were going to do."

Polar nodded, her face expressionless. she was eternally happy that her plan was working, but she was confused. she had missed something, and she didn't know what. she didn't dare ask, they might decide against not telling Stormstar if she did.
Sunfire purred happily, knowing that their relationship was safe for now. she looked over to Flametail. "Maybe one day, but i think our Clans need us now. they don't know anything yet, but when they start to catch on, then maybe we'd better." she purred. she nuzzled him energetically.
Stormstar was following thier stale scent, hoping to find them soon. nightfall was approaching, and she wanted to be back in their own territory before the darkness fell.
Polar, sensing the WindClan leader, meowed quickly, "get back where you were, and pretend that you were looking around trees. i'm going to have to go. hurry!" she disappeared into the underbrush nearby, while the ThunderClan warrior trotted quickly back to the clearing, flicking her tail for Flametail to follow her.

Flametail followed Sunfire, he felt quite glad that things didn't go as bad as he thought they would. "Sunfire? Do you think we'll be able to see each other after this? What if Stormstar finds out of her own and doesn't let me out of the camp?" Though this wasn't a good time to mention it, he knew that it was a possibility, "But don't think about it too much, I don't want you to worry about that possibility unless it happens."

Sunfire grew worried, but she knew the answer. "I suppose you would run away, come get me, then we'd run away together." She looked up at him, hoping that it didn't come to that. she turned to check Stormstar's progress. she was getting closer, but she still wasn't within earshot.

Flametail looked Sunfire in the eyes, "Don't worry, I'm sure things will turn out good." He purred in hopes that it'd calm her down. As he noticed Stormstar was getting closer, he went over to a bush and to his surprise, found a hole that dug not too deep into the ground. He sniffed it and caught a wiff of the scent of an unfamiliar kit, along with some really old fox scents. "Sunfire, I think I found something, come over here please."

Sunfire trotted over, thinking that it was part of an act to make Stormstar less suspicious. but when she got there, she was surprised to find an actual scent there. She looked at him, sniffing again to make sure she wasn't mistaken. she tried to find a nearby scent trail silently.

Flametail pivoted his ears, he looked to Sunfire momentarily, then stepped closer to the hole and sniffed at it, "Can't distinguish any smells, but there is foxscent."

Stormstar strolled up to them. "We found the kits." she looked at each of them in turn. she flicked her tail for them to follow her. she led the way back to where the kits were.

Flametail looked to Stormstar, "Really?" He the looked over to Sunfire as Stromstar was heading away, "Well, we should follow." He began to follow Stormstar, wishing that he could've spent more time with Sunfire.

Sunfire nuzzled him affectionately when the WindClan leader turned her back, whispering, "don't worry. we'll be alone together soon." she took a few steps back, gazing into his eyes. with a weak twitch of her tail, she followed the blue-gray she-cat, leaving her lover behind.

Flametail nuzzled back, "Good point, and know what? I think I know someone that can help us. So we can stay in touch, though it'd be hard for my friend to keep safe." He then followed, keeping up with Sunfire's pace.
Shine watched the three clan cats quietly, she recognized one of them, the tom who saved me, that's gotta be him! The she-cat thought, keeping herself as well-hid as she could. And by what it seems, he found himself a mate, him and that she-cat, whoever she is, seem to be pretty close. Then, she sensed slight danger, realizing something she didn't want to, one of the cats in the trio was a clan leader! I must stay hidden, for my friend's sake. Maybe I can talk with him later and see what's going on.
